The plot summary
The film follows Rahul Kapoor, an architect who has been groomed by his domineering father and socialite mother to be a perfectionist and a go-getter. However, he loses his job in Las Vegas and hides the truth from his parents. He meets Riana Braganza, a hairstylist who has recently broken up with her boyfriend, at a psychologist's office. They bond over drinks on Christmas Eve and end up marrying each other by mistake. The next morning, they decide to get their marriage annulled, but when Riana can't pay her rent and gets evicted, she moves in with Rahul.
